How are the spreadsheets protected?

A password is set so that the mathematics and functionality cannot be changed - data can only be input into specific cells.

How can the spreadsheets be customised?

In any way you like - by adding your school's logo / photo and name or by the data that you want to input or calculate. We know that all schools do things differently so may need a different solution. Some schools measure reading ages three times a year, others only once. Some schools measure reading comprehension ages only once. Our spreadsheets can be customised to your data.

Can we use Sims (Student Information Management System) data?

Yes your sims data can be exported to provide pupils names, dates of birth, SATs results etc so that entering existing data manually is not needed.

Will you enter our data for us, reading ages etc?

Yes, we could enter your data in the format that you provide, but would charge a small fee for this.

What does your free demonstration entail.

We can show you examples of our spreadsheets and how they work. We will demonstrate how data can be displayed sorting in order of highest to lowest scores, most to least progress, and colour code the results makes tasks like sorting children for grouping and support a quick and easy job!
